    Job Title: Head of Partnerships

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead Moodahead's partnership initiatives and drive growth through strategic collaborations and alliances. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and executing partnership strategies, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with external stakeholders. In addition to identifying and securing partnership opportunities, the Head of Partnerships will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding Moodahead's reach, and delivering value to our users and partners.

    Responsibilities:

    Partnership Strategy and Development:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Moodahead's business objectives, target markets, and growth goals.
    • Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities across various industries, including healthcare providers, employers, educational institutions, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective partner organisations.

    Strategic Alliances and Collaborations:

    • Lead negotiations and partnership discussions to establish mutually beneficial collaborations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
    • Structure partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that maximise value for both Moodahead and its partners while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.

    Revenue Generation and Business Development:

    • Drive revenue growth through partnership initiatives, including referral programs, revenue-sharing agreements, co-marketing campaigns, and other monetisation strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing and prospective partner networks.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to align partnership efforts with broader organisational goals and priorities.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership programs and initiatives against established KPIs and objectives.
    • Analyse partnership data and insights to identify areas for optimisation, improvement, and expansion.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience of 2 plus years in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or wellness industry.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships with external stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and business impact.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking, using insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
