    Description

    Job Summary:

    Seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in modern frameworks and cloud technologies to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications. The role involves working on complex and mission-critical tasks, mentoring team members, improving development processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, test, and deploy Java applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
    • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver system features and functionalities.
    • Create and maintain detailed design documentation and technical specifications.
    • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and deliver high-quality code.
    • Mentor junior developers and support team skill development.
    • Provide accurate task estimations and assist in project planning.
    • Work on process improvements and technical innovations.
    • Manage project artifacts and documentation using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
    • Take lead responsibilities when required and support organizational initiatives.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
    • Good understanding of JavaScript and SQL.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and mentor team members.
