    Overview:

    The BusinessDevelopment Manager plays a crucial role in the organizationsgrowth and success by identifying new business opportunitiesbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients andcontributing to the overall businessstrategy.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement growth strategies focused both on financial gain andcustomer satisfaction
    • Conduct research toidentify new markets and customer needs
    • Promotethe companys products/services addressing or predicting clientsobjectives
    • Build longterm relationships withnew and existing customers
    • Arrange businessmeetings with prospective clients
    • Negotiate andclose deals in coordination with the salesteam
    • Prepare and deliver pitches andpresentations to potential clients
    • Collaboratewith various teams to meet customer needs
    • Keeprecords of sales revenue invoices etc.
    • Attendconferences meetings and industryevents
    • Develop quotes and proposals forclients
    • Ensure the availability of stock forsales and demonstrations
    • Participate in pricingthe solution/service
    • Stay uptodate withindustry trends
    • Track and record activity onaccounts and help to close deals to meet thesetargets

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Sales or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a BusinessDevelopment Manager or similar role
    • Provensales track record
    • Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software
    • Understanding of the sales processand dynamics
    • A commitment to excellent customerservice
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Experience with design andimplementation of business developmentstrategy
