    Tapping & supporting the sales team for Potential NewBusinessOpportunities.

    Incremental growth in profits QoQ as pertarget.

    Achievement of Outstanding Collections as per target for CustomsBrokerageproduct

    Maintenance of Operational Cost Control for the dept as pertarget

    Retention of High Revenue GeneratingCustomers

    Achievement of clearance target as per CSOP / SOP/SLA.

    Adherence to defined TAT for providing best rates to customerEnquiry

    Timely updation of new customs DGFT BIS WPC PGAs notifications& circular toall

    concerned.

    Meeting up clients Customs officials work closely and support allinternal andexternal

    customersas perdeadlines.

    Enhance team skills on the customs knowledge and updation onskills

    Responsible for compliance and secure any impact to our brokeragelicense.

    DecisionMakingAuthority

    Decisionauthority as delegated by the Regional Manager Customs Brokerage/Branch Manager /Regional Head / Director Customs Brokerage inaccordance with DSVregulations

    Function/ Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Processworking

    CustomsG or F card holder with complete knowledge on the Customs Act DGFTpolicies & procedures all allied Acts for customs clearanceactivities and understanding of process involved on day to dayfunctions of customsclearance.

    • Mandatorywork experience 10 13 years in the Forwardingindustry
    • Mandatorywork experience 46 years in teammanagement
    • Graduation/PostGraduation Management qualification(preferred)
