    Description

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior android developer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven technical track record in android app development companies, showcasing exceptional android skills.

    Responsibilities :

    Designing and developing advanced applications for the android platform.

    - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

    - Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

    - Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable android & amp kotlin code.

    - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

    Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

    - Mentor and guide junior developers in the best practices of android.

    - Deploy apps to google store.

    - Have complete knowledge of various aspects of play store configurations, deployments in google test regions, promotions to prod, etc.

    - Have complete implementation knowledge of various versions of android, including migration requirements to android 13 and upcoming 14work collaboratively with the rest of the teams, including the backend, ui, and content teams to complete feature developments.

    Requirements :

    Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in android app development.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, mca or equivalent.

    - Strong knowledge of android sdk, different versions of android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

    - Familiarity with apis to connect android applications to back-end services.

    - Strong knowledge of android ui design principles, patterns, and best practices.

    - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

    - Knowledge of the open-source android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

    - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

    - Familiarity with cloud message apis and push notifications.

    - A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

    - Understanding of google's android design principles and interface guidelines.

    - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as git.
