Title: Team Member - Automation Design

Qualification : B.TECH/BE - Mechanical or Diploma - Mechanical + B.TECH/BE - Mechanical with minimum experience of 2 years

Job Location : Vadodara

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Expertise in automated industrial machinery which included jigs, fixture, safety guards, leak testing machine, pick and place application etc.
2. Strongly knowledge about poka-yoke concepts implementing process in mechanical design.
3. Prepare 3D design of automation requirement in SolidWorks.
4. Good knowledge in pneumatic application sealing design.
5. Expertise in Pneumatic drives selection and it's calculation.
6. Able to select best material for fixture and pressing tools application.
7. Prepare 2D drawings of jigs and fixture using GD&T stack-ups analysis in SolidWorks.
8. Prepare Bill of material and release for procurement.
9. Connect with supplier about drawing review and manufacturing process aspects.
10. Verification of received manufactured parts and checking its fitment assembly
11. Validation of fixture and sealing concept by using MSA method.
12. Basic knowledge about automotive standards and process.
13. Knowledge about DFMEA and PFMEA process
14. Good problem solver, Clear communicator, Work in proactive manner, Good in teamwork.
15. Mandatory require software skills:- SolidWorks, AutoCAD/ Draft sight/ Ares 2D, MS Excel

Remarks for experience required: Automation Machine design, Jigs & Fixture Design, SPM design and Tooling Design

Industry, if any specific requirement : industrial automation

Software Skills : SolidWorks, Ares 2D, AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point

Tools Knowledge: O-Ring calculation, Pneumatic force calculation, Material strength calculator, Weight mass calculator, Spring calculation,

Process Knowledge: DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T, APQP

Soft Skills: MS Office
