    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Access Management Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in access management technologies, with a focus on coding and implementing solutions using platforms such as Okta, Ping similar products.

    This role requires a deep understanding of access control principles, authentication, authorization, and identity management.

    The Access Management Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access solutions that align with our organization's security standards and compliance requirements.


    Responsibilities:

    Access Management Solution Design:


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design access management solutions using Okta, Ping, Azure, and other relevant technologies.

    Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.


    Implementation and Configuration:
    Develop and implement access management solutions by configuring Ping, Okta, Azure, and related tools. Write custom scripts and code to extend platform functionality and meet specific business requirements.


    Identity and Access Governance:
    Design and maintain identity lifecycle processes, role-based access controls, and access policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


    Authentication and Authorization:
    Configure and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and other authentication mechanisms across various applications and platforms

    Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    Investigate and resolve access-related issues, working closely with other technical teams and stakeholders. Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent potential problems.


    Collaboration:
    Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate access management solutions seamlessly into the overall architecture. Provide expertise and guidance to ensure secure access practices are followed.


    Documentation:
    Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practice recommendations

    Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with access management solution vendors, staying informed about product updates, security patches, and new features

    Security and Compliance:
    Ensure access management solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations, conducting regular audits and assessments

    Mentoring and Training:
    Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, sharing knowledge about access management technologies, coding practices, and security protocols.


    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.6-12 years

    of hands-on experience in access management engineering, including implementation and configuration of solutions using Okta.
    Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar languages.
    Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and authorization concepts.
    Familiarity with cloud identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed environments.
    Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
    Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse technical teams and business units.
    Relevant certifications such as Certified Okta Administrator, Certified Ping Identity Professional, Microsoft Azure certifications, etc., are a plus.
