    Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer –Technical Sales & Customer Service (Predominant)

    Responsibilities

    • Help customers establish and enhance their online presence

    • provide web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and selling products and services as per customer needs.

    • Need to interact with customers over chat and handle escalation chats

    • Drive Team performance

    • Consult, recommend and enable the right online service strategies to help partners and their end customers with business needs

    • Handle the escalation chats

    • De-escalate as needed and escalate by identifying the trigger

    • Upskill and coach team on the product issues

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications

    • Graduates – Any graduate with Computer knowledge preferred B.Tech. (Computers), B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Sc. (IT)

    • Experience of Technical Support (Voice + Chat + Messaging) in a BPO

    • Experience in Technical Support and Sales or Upselling

    • Must possess knowledge of Email Clients & Basics of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Browsers, and Security etc.)

    • Typing Skills - Minimum 30-40 WPM with 80% Accuracy

    • Experience in selling and servicing technology products or services to small business and consumers is a strong plus

    • Good in Hosting Knowledge

    • Ability to analyses and make tradeoffs to optimize return on program investments.

    • Fosters a positive and effective working relationship with internal stakeholders as well as with external agencies, event partners and media channels.

    • Collaborative, excellent communicator, strategic thinker, with a track record of delivering.

    • Ability to sell on chat

    • Ability to consult and understand the customer's business need and suggest the product

    • Generate the urgency & need to sell the right product to the customer

    • Willing to work in 6 days working environment with rotational shift
