- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an ArcSight SME or a relevant role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ArcSight SIEM technologies
- Experience with COTS and bespoke connectors and loggers
- In-depth understanding of ESM (Enterprise Security Manager) architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in ArcSight and SIEM technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Discovery and Assessment of app/data sources
