- Lead and manage theSalesforce technical team providing guidance and support throughoutthe project lifecycle.
- Design and developscalable and robust solutions using Salesforcetechnologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to gather and analyze businessrequirements.
- Create and maintain technicaldocumentation including design specifications test plans andimplementation guides.
- Participate in codereviews to ensure adherence to best practices and codingstandards.
- Stay updated with the latestSalesforce releases and leverage new features and functionalitiesto enhance the existing systems.
- Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to junior teammembers.
- Manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet projectdeadlines.
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 10years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 1520years of overall experience in the ITindustry.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforceplatform including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components andintegrations.
- Experience in leading andmanaging technical teams with a proven track record of successfulproject deliveries.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith businessstakeholders.
