- Proven track record in showroom sales and floor management
- Previous roles as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in Retail Sales Operations (RSO)
- Manage and oversee the operations of the new store
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels
- Train and develop staff to enhance performance
- Jewellery experience is preferred
- Responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom
