    Weare seeking a detailoriented and organized Order Entry Specialistto join our team. In this role you will be responsible foraccurately entering customer orders into our system ensuring timelyprocessing and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong dataentry skills excellent attention to detail and the ability tothrive in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Responsibilities

    Accurately enter customer orders into ourdatabase/system

    Review orders for accuracy andcompleteness

    Use templates to communicate with customers to clarify orderdetails or provideinformation

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing andfulfillment oforders

    Maintain records of orders and update customer information asneeded

    Assist with other administrative tasks asassigned

    YourAttributes

    Proven experience in data entry or orderprocessing

    Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy

    Strong organizational and time managementskills

    Effective communication skills both written andverbal

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment

    Experience with CRM and ERPsoftware



    Bachelor s degree in business administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience(5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcingindustry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen andstrategic thinking.
