This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team.

• Sales management, team leadership, and business development skills
• Experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in personal care or FMCG
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the chemical industry and UV filters is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
