    Job Title: Software Engineer II, Enterprise Data Migration Developer

    Position Summary:

    Considering a role as a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with Bristol Myers Squibb and Service Providers to facilitate day-to-day data migration from legacy ERP solutions to SAP. The primary objective is to ensure smooth data migration from various source/target applications to SAP, with occasional assistance in application/solution delivery for other data integration platforms managed by the Enterprise Data Integration organization.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely data migration from legacy ERP to SAP, collaborating with application stakeholders for project/integration delivery.
    • Analyze data mapping according to the business domain requirements.
    • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams for capacity planning and performance optimization.
    • Provide proactive communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Optimize Data Integrations and data migration pipeline performance.
    • Participate in analysis and build activities meetings between different teams.
    • Provide non-business hours support for production releases when necessary.
    • Expand knowledge to support real-time data integration technologies.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Computer science, information systems, or related field degree.
    • 5+ years of SAP data migration experience.
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data ingestion from various ERP applications using specified SAP tools.
    • Experience with ETL tools such as SQL for writing transformation procedures.
    • Experience or knowledge of Informatica and S4HANA is a plus.
    • Understanding of Cloud Services Platforms.
    • Experience working with on and offshore resourced teams.
    • Preferred certification in SAP or ETL tools.
