Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Expert Interior Design Sales Professional to join our team at Square Yards. As an interior designer with sales experience, you will be responsible for generating new business and building long-lasting relationships with potential customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity and sales skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for interpreting customer needs, creating mood boards, and negotiating agreements to close deals.

Responsibilities

Arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business and build productive relationships.
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans and prepare mood boards.
Negotiate terms of an agreement and close deals.
Challenge objections to get customers to buy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, negotiation and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a good personality. You should also be career-oriented, passionate about designing, approachable, and easy-going with conversation. Previous sales experience in the design field is required.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.
