- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester with a strong background in testing mobile applications on both Android (aOS) and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mobile testing, with a profound understanding of automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Additionally, expertise in analyzing code details and ensuring high code quality is essential. The candidate must be well-versed in software development architectures such as MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), and proficient in Agile methodologies. This role requires proficiency in running Scrum processes and excellent program management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs from the testing team.

- Scrum Mastery: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance Management: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products within designated timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members, providing guidance, mentoring junior testers, and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
