    Description
    Job Title: Timing Closure Lead

    Company: Innovative Designs Inc.

    As the Timing Closure Lead, your main responsibility will be to oversee the timing closure efforts for digital designs. You will work with static timing analysis (STA) to ensure that timing requirements are met throughout the design process.


    • Develop pre and post-layout timing constraints to guide physical implementation and achieve timing closure goals.
    • Collaborate with design teams to understand design requirements and develop functional and DFT (Design for Test) constraints for proper functionality and testability.
    • Integrate IP-level constraints into the overall design framework, ensuring consistency and compatibility.
    • Create and maintain automation scripts using PERL, TCL, and EDA tool-specific languages for streamlined design tasks.
    • Utilize Design Management System Automation (DMSA) tools and custom scripts for timing fixes and optimizations.
    • Work closely with physical design teams to address timing-related issues and optimize design performance.
    • Stay updated on timing closure methodologies, EDA tools, and automation techniques for improved design workflows.
    • Experience in collaborating with design teams to develop functional and DFT constraints.
    • Proficiency in automation scripting languages like PERL, TCL, and EDA tool-specific languages.
