    Candidate preferred from Punjab & Haryana.

    Qualification: - B.Sc / M. Sc (Agriculture), BRS, MRS

    Experience: - 03 to 08 Years

    Work Location:- Punjab & Haryana

    Salary Range:- 3,00,000 Lac to 3,75,000 Lac. (Maximum Offered Salary)

    Desired Roles and Responsibility.

    Strong knowledge of Organic & Bio Fertilizer Products

    Sound knowledge of season wise crop pattern in PUNJAB & HARYANA State.

    Direct interaction with farmers, coordinate with distributers, retails and maintain relationship.

    Market Research & Feedback.

    Strongly time to time outstanding collection from dealer and report to Regional Head office.

    Sales targets:-

    Target achievement planning & execution (Weekly, monthly, annual).

    Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with

    new customers within assigned territory.

    New dealers appointment & Development for Fertilizer PRODUCTS SALES.

    Establishing, maintaining and expanding the dealers network.

    Relationship management with dealers:-

    Address the needs & queries of retailers & facilitate them for better functioning.

    Share information and knowledge of various schemes, Products and etc.

    Sales promotion & marketing Activities:-

    Conduct sales promotional activities like farmers meet, field activities and etc.

    Regularly Market research & feedback:-

    Daily reporting on sales activities to top management.

    Collecting customer feedback and market research.

    Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

    Technical competencies:-

    Knowledge of agricultural products like Pesticides and Fertilizers.

    Knowledge of agricultural dealers & market etc.

    Knowledge of customer mapping & Reports & MIS

    Knowledge of sales promotional activities/promotional schemes, customer relationship management & Farmer Meeting.

    Good Communication skill.
