    Description

    Profile Overview: As the E-commerce Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth and revenue of our online sales channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple aspects of the business including digital marketing, tech developments, Inventory and creative efforts to ensure all components are effectively working together to achieve business objectives. You will also be instrumental in managing marketplace sales and crafting strategies for all digital channels to maximize growth.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that encompasses revenue planning and growth across all digital platforms.


    • Manage sales and promotional efforts on various marketplaces, ensuring optimal presence and revenue generation.


    • Collaborate with verticals such as Digital Marketing, Technology, and Creative teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.


    • Define and implement strategies for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion rates.


    • Analyze and report on performance metrics, using insights to drive decisions and adapt strategies as necessary.


    • Oversee the customer journey and optimize user experience with a focus on conversion rate optimization across all online touchpoints.


    • Manage budgets and forecasts for digital marketing and sales initiatives.


    • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve performance and competitive positioning.


    • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

    Qualifications & Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


    • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the consumer goods or equipment sector.


    • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels and experience in managing SEO, PPC, Email campaigns, and social media strategies.


    • Experience with marketplace management and growth strategies.


    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to make informed decisions.


    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.


    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.


    • Proficient in e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and analytics tools.
