    Job Title: Post-Sales Business Analyst

    We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Sales Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client expectations and project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients post-sale to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation, including AS-IS / TO-BE processes, SRS, FRS, BRD, use cases, process flows, and mockups.
    • Provide support to delivery and implementation teams, ensuring client needs are met.
    • Conduct gap analysis and solution validation with internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Prepare project proposals, handover documents, and technical reports.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure change management is aligned and adopted effectively.
    • Lead presentations and demos for stakeholders during the onboarding and post-implementation phase.
    • Identify potential risks, escalations, and contribute to problem-solving and resolution strategies.

    Area of Expertise:

    • Visualizing practical solutions based on real-time feedback.
    • Identifying and refining customer requirements.
    • Addressing and resolving client concerns post-deployment.
    • Maintaining long-term customer relationships through strategic follow-ups.
