    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Asspl-Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work from a prestigious institution.

    The selected individual should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and volunteering, with a proven track record of working with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), International Governmental Organizations (IGOs), and government bodies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective CSR programs that align with our organization's goals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
    • Maintain relationships with government departments, NGOs, and local civic bodies
    • Manage multiple assignments concurrently and adapt to changing priorities
    • Resolve conflicts and navigate complex project dynamics

    Leadership Principles:

    • Ownership: Take responsibility for projects and outcomes
    • Bias for Action: Drive progress and results-oriented decision-making
    • Deliver Results: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes
    • Deep Dive: Conduct thorough analysis and research to inform decisions

    Required Skills:

    • 2+ years of program or project management experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
    • Experience with MS Access and SQL
    • Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
