    Overview:

    TheSalesforce FSA Lead plays a crucial role in leading and managingthe Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSA) team responsible forimplementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to drive businessprocesses and productivity. This role is essential in ensuringseamless integration between sales service and marketing functionsfor improved customer experiences and operationalefficiency.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor theFSA team in designing developing and implementing Salesforcesolutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
    • Oversee the configurationcustomization and integration of Salesforcemodules.
    • Drive continuous improvement ofSalesforce FSA processes and bestpractices.
    • Manage user access security settingsand user permissions in Salesforce.
    • Providetechnical expertise and guidance to resolve complex Salesforceissues.
    • Develop and maintain documentationrelated to Salesforce FSA processes andsolutions.
    • Participate in Agile meetings andlead sprint planning related to Salesforce FSAinitiatives.
    • Conduct regular performanceassessments and ensure the team meets SLAs andKPIs.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toalign Salesforce FSA with overall CRMstrategy.
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releasesfeatures and best practices to enhance systemcapabilities.
    • Enable effective communicationand knowledge sharing within the FSAteam.
    • Contribute to the strategic roadmap forSalesforce FSA in alignment with businessobjectives.
    • Provide leadership for the adoptionand governance of Salesforce FSArelatedprocesses.
    • Manage and prioritize multipleprojects and initiativesconcurrently.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultantcredentials.
    • Proven experience in leading FSAimplementations and managing Salesforce FSAsolutions.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRMparticularly in customization and configuration ofFSA.
    • Demonstrated ability in leading anddeveloping highperforming Salesforceteams.
    • Experience in Agile methodologies andproject management practices.
    • Exceptionalproblemsolving and analytical skills to address complex SalesforceFSA challenges.
    • Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
    • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Indepth knowledge of Salesforcebest practices and industry trends.
    • Experiencein overseeing integrations with external systems andtools.
    • Proven track record of driving processimprovements and operational efficiencies using SalesforceFSA.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with afocus on team motivation anddevelopment.
    • Proficiency in driving useradoption and change management initiatives within SalesforceFSA.
    • Ability to provide strategic guidance andalign Salesforce FSA with businessgoals.
