    In this position, you will:

    • Support team performance and overall effectiveness, along with cross-group quality assurance
    • Identify and solve problems to ensure activities comply with internal and external regulations and risk management practices
    • Offer feedback and suggest improvements for processes and tools
    • Lead the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards, prioritizing work independently
    • Guide the team, providing mentorship and day-to-day leadership
    • Contribute to reviews, analysis, and recommendations for future quality enhancements
    • Provide expertise and guidance to the team
    • Coach junior analysts on quality assurance, department operations, procedures, and policies

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • At least 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance

    Minimum Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa:

    • Quality Assurance experience required
