    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents such as: joint development agreements, EPC contracts, power supply and/or purchase agreements, land lease agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, O&M or FM related agreements and term sheets, heads-of-terms as well as ancillary agreements in relation to the aforementioned.
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as co-location services agreements, service level agreements and all related documents.
    • Lead and/or coordinate on all transaction closing related matters, including due diligence, CPs management, document review, preparation of Board of Directors resolutions and other related tasks.
    • Handle all day-to-day work related to the assigned projects.
    • Supervise and guide junior lawyers.
    • Attend meetings or conference calls with internal or external clients and counter parties and other stakeholders as required

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Law Degree from a reputable university / law school.
    • 4 – 7 years of experience as a practicing lawyer either in a top law firm or the in-house legal department of an international company.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are of advantage.
