    Job Title: Project Manager - Cards Transformation

    Location: Gurgaon, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

    Job Description:

    We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager specializing in Cards Functionality to lead transformational initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management, change framework implementation, stakeholder management, and risk and compliance within the banking or financial services sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cards Functionality Enhancement: Lead and oversee projects aimed at enhancing the functionality of card products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Project Management with Change Framework: Utilize established project management methodologies and change frameworks to plan, execute, and monitor transformational initiatives. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
    • Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct thorough customer journey mapping exercises to identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and areas of innovation within the cards ecosystem. Leverage insights to drive customer-centric initiatives and enhance overall user experience.
    • Engagement with Third-Party Vendors and Regulatory Teams: Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors, legal teams, and regulatory compliance (RC) authorities to facilitate seamless integration of external solutions and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards. Coordinate with regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new card functionalities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
    • Expertise in cards functionality enhancement, including but not limited to card issuance, payment processing, and rewards programs.
    • Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks, with a track record of successfully driving organizational transformations.
    • Proficiency in customer journey mapping techniques and tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements governing the banking industry, particularly related to card products and services.
    • PMP certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
