    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in HR
    • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
    • Handle leave management for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
    • Plan and coordinate company events, such as team-building activities and employee recognition programs
    • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues
    • Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees
    • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance
    • Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects
