    Roles& Responsibilities:

    • Drive endtoend business growth initiativesindependently focusing on both nurturing existing accounts andacquiring new clients.
    • Coordinate salesactivities across various departments engaging with keystakeholders such as CTOs CPOs VPs of Engineering and R&Dteams.
    • Identify assess and qualify newbusiness opportunities.
    • Consistently achievenet new revenue targets.
    • Craft and articulatecompelling value propositions to progress salesdiscussions.
    • Lead commercial negotiations andoversee contract approvals to secure deals.
    • Cultivate trustbased relationships and strategicpartnerships leveraging expertise in both business and technologydomains.
    • Tap into existing client networks andpast professional connections to expand businessopportunities.
    • Utilize social sellingstrategies to bolster personal and organisations brandpresence.
    • Collaborate closely with solutionarchitects delivery teams and fellow sales professionals to developbespoke solutions for clients.
    • Stay abreast ofindustry trends macroeconomic shifts emerging business models andtechnological advancements.
    • Monitor competitoractivities to gain insights and develop tailored strategies foreach account.
    • Develop and maintain acomprehensive business development plan to drive salessuccess.
    • Regularly review sales pipelines andpursuit details with leadership to ensure targets aremet.

    PreferredSkills:

    • B.E./B.Tech/MBA or any equivalent degree
    • Experience in selling Engineering servicesinCommunication Technology/ISV& Media domain for Indiageography
    • Handled a portfolioaccounts of 510 million and experience in deliveringservices
    • Experience in acquiring new logos andmanaging growth of existing clients.
    • Knowledge of market trends industry participants newtechnologies & business models
    • Experience in all facets of business development fromgenerating leads to closing a sale
