    Position Title- City Manager

    No of Openings - 3

    Locations – Indore/ Mumbai / Chandigarh

    CTC- As per industry standards

    Key responsibilities:

    · Overseeing sales & operations across retail outlets for large format store/counters.

    · Ensuring the business performance of every counter, negotiating & Opening counters, handling profitability by classification.

    · Maintaining the profitability by classification every month by the following activities and tracking the achievement of targets.

    · Keeping a check on the occupancy cost such as rentals, store expenses, Overheads, logistics, stationary, etc. Monitoring profit contribution in all areas and keeping a track on EBIT and increasing the ROT i.e. Net profit of every individual counter

    · Ensuring and maintaining the Region Sales Key Performance Indicators & Management Tools: Conversion Rate, Average ticket Value, Store Profitability, GMROI, GMROF & GMROL of the stores/Counters.

    · Establishing good relationship with the existing landlords and offering new landlords a business partnership by establishing a joint retail venture on mutual agreed terms.

    · Standard Operating Processes (SOP) Implementation – Implementing & Ensuring Adherence to the Standard Operating Processes (SOP) as lay down by the Organization and achieving consistency in maintaining Process Compliance.

    · Conducting market survey for identifying the new changing trends in the region.

    · Responsible for Regional & zonal P&L.

    · MIS – Handling Periodic Reports, Tracking, Dashboards, Execution Scores which results in improving performance of the stores via creating competition.

    · Employee Trainings – To ensure training & content delivery to employees for New roll Outs (Billing software, Process, Facility, Store Operations, New SOP Launches, and New Store Openings.

    · New counter Openings – To set up Operations for the upcoming business counters.

    Desired Profile -

    • Minimum 8-12 years of experience of managing Sales of Retail stores at State/Regional Level.
    • Must be from Retail Apparel industry and technically sound.
    • Must be good at MS Excel
    • Good Communication skills
