    We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Making outbound phone calls on leads provided by Career Launcher
    • Analysing customer requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
    • Achieving sales targets
    • Adhering to processes and quality standards

    Requirements:

    • Graduates or Post Graduates with 0-4 years of experience in sales, tele sales, outbound sales, or inside sales with revenue targets
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
    • Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Poise, confidence, and rapport-building ability on phone communication
    • Ability to work under target pressure

    We are looking for immediate joiners who can start within 0-15 days.
