    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing budget. Analyze target audience and market trends to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Responsible for executing end to end campaigns & present impact reports plus trend shift analysis.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely execution of ATL & BTL campaigns.
    • Source, negotiate, onboard and manage relationships with vendors and agencies involved in BTL activities.
    • Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
    • Liaise with creative teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
    • Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets & book keeping for brand spends.
    • Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure collaboration and internal alignment with all team members.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and evaluate results against objectives.
    • Analyze data and feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement for Vendor and Agency Management.
    • Ensure all BTL campaigns comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and performance of BTL initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 5-8 Years of experienced in BTL marketing, campaign management, or event planning
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Budget management experience
    • Familiarity with travel industry trends
