- Develop and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing budget. Analyze target audience and market trends to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
- Responsible for executing end to end campaigns & present impact reports plus trend shift analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely execution of ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Source, negotiate, onboard and manage relationships with vendors and agencies involved in BTL activities.
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with creative teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets & book keeping for brand spends.
- Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure collaboration and internal alignment with all team members.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and evaluate results against objectives.
- Analyze data and feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement for Vendor and Agency Management.
- Ensure all BTL campaigns comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and performance of BTL initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5-8 Years of experienced in BTL marketing, campaign management, or event planning
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Budget management experience
- Familiarity with travel industry trends
