    1. Provide Management & Technical Leadership to Project Managers for Delivery Excellence.
    2. Lead strategic initiatives to become a trusted partner for customers and growth of accounts.
    3. Maintain/Improve Project Profitability by reducing buffers, consultant rotation, right grade/experience mix & high utilization and optimal onsite-offshore ratio.
    4. Independently review project health at engagement level and recommend actions as needed.
    5. Measure Project Performance through Project Metrics/SLAs and take corrective action.
    6. Identify Training needs for the account and coordinate training with respective training groups.
    7. Provide Monthly Financial Forecast to internal groups.
    8. Work with Recruitment team and Practice to onboard consultants on time.
    9. Bring in ideas/views independently under minimal supervision.
    10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    11. Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
    12. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    13. Change & Risk Management.
    14. Plan and track Value Additions.
    15. Ensure high Employee Passion Index.
    16. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index.

    Requirements:

      ">
    1. 15+ years in Delivery with at least 5+ years in Project & Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance & Support.
    2. Experience in managing development and maintenance project in Java or .NET stack or BI/BA – Scaled up from Java/.NET/BIBA developer, Tech Lead, PM and then to program/delivery manager.
    3. Very Good Experience in End to End Project/Program Management using Waterfall & Agile Methodologies in an onsite-offshore model.
    4. Experience in managing projects in Fixed Price and T&M.
    5. Knowledge of Java or NET or BI/BA, Cloud and DevOps.

    Nice to Have Skills:

      ">
    1. PMP, CSM, ITIL Certified.
    2. Experience in Banking & Finance Services Industry.
