    Description

    Support Executive (HR, Admin and Finance)

    Job Description:

    The individual will be responsible for working directly with our senior management for all administrative (Finance / HR / Admin) activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help and Assist in Payroll processing and employee Income tax related activities.
    • Vendor management and invoicing
    • Recruitment assistance, Resource onboarding and offboarding activities.
    • Responsible for quality of deliverables.

    Skills:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stake holders (Customer, management, SME).
    • Knowledge of Finance function. Payroll processing knowledge would added advantage.
    • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience desirable.
    • Ability to work either as a team member independently or perform with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and escalate as needed.

    Educational Qualifications:

    Any graduate with Finance knowledge.

    1-2 years industry Experience in similar role.
