Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee our projects in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with Boomaa Consultants - India, a leading HR recruiter company with 2-10 employees.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and schedule
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee the planning and implementation of project schedules
