Location: New Delhi

Brief of the organisation:

We are a young and dynamic research and consulting firm. We undertake Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E), research, advisory and strategy engagements for social impact. Our clients include philanthropies, international NGOs, Government departments, UN agencies, and companies.

To expand our work to new clients and services while consolidating existing relationships, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the strategy as well as operations on the same.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Hold overall responsibility for driving revenue generation for the organization

2. Manage and coordinate development of proposals in response to tenders

3. Lead identification and acquisition prospective clients for new and existing services

4. Manage and cultivate relationships with prospective clients

5. Identify new and emerging opportunities that the firm could explore

6. Maintain reports for tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of BD operations.

7. Ensure efficient coordination and communication with other teams to drive growth mindset and

identify partnership opportunities.

8. Manage and mentor team members

Requirements for the role:

years of experience in the social impact space, preferably in leading partnerships or

business development.

2. A strong drive for business development, with outcome orientation

3. Well-networked within the development sector

4. An enterprising nature and willingness to work with a young dynamic team.

5. Ability to strategize, think critically, and look at the bigger picture.

6. Attention to detail and high standard of quality control.
