- Own Customer Experience during a project.
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
- Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitches.
- Handle studio walk in.
- Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn and performance driven.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work collaboratively with other designers.
- Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Residential projects.
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Strong project management skills, experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work within budget and timelines
- Degree or certification in interior design or a related field
- Previous experience working with residential and/or commercial projects
