Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their design needs and produce visually appealing and effective designs that align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual communication.
• Design and produce a wide range of graphic materials, such as brochures, banners, logos, social media posts, and website elements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal marketing team, to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to grasp their design preferences and incorporate feedback into the final design.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in terms of style, color, and messaging.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the visual identity of the brand.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and stay relevant in the field.

Deadline Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
