    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising to drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis to optimize results.
    • Identify and troubleshoot marketing performance issues using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Develop clear and concise reporting dashboards to effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date with new and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance management and optimization purposes.
    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test innovative strategies and approaches.
    • Deliver measurable improvements in return on investment (ROI) and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution for social media, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
    • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling and analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
    • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
