    Job Overview:-

    We are looking for a Smart & Experienced Candidate as for our Listed Company Client, a Reputed Company .

    The Candidate will be Working as a Business Development Manager

    .

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

    RESPONSIBILITIES.

    Direct sales and marketing of products

    Screening of prospective clients and adding them as satisfied customers

    Work on all govt level and close the deal in 1-2 months.

    Work on large projects parallelly and close the deal within 3-6 months

    Participate in Business plan and execute it and help in expanding customer base in assigned areas and help it grow vertically

    Manage existing govt accounts in the assigned area

    Build new quality opportunities /prospects

    Work on Sales Hopper and close deals on appointed dates

    Execution of Booking, Filling and Collective figures

    Positioning of our products and solutions to all govt customers

    Effective Account Management and Customer relationships to build more customer base

    Presentation skills /demonstration of products to win customers

    Build and Maintain healthy business relationship

    Competition Analysis tracking of the market

    Qualifications:-

    MBA and or Engineer with specialization in sales from a reputed institute

    Skills:-

    Strong track record of selling high and mid-ticket projects

    Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisitions

    Knowledge of the buying process cycle in govt (State, Central Ministries, PSU, Municipal Corporations, Defence, Police, Canteens. Dynamics of govt sector.

    Manage relationships with system integrators to get our products mandated in Small/Mid and Large govt tenders

    Able to forecast future sales.

    Devise future sales strategies.

    Strong Account Management, Business acumen and Entrepreneur mindset

    Experience of working with Partners /Liasioners on large and complex deals

    Strategic planning skills

    Develop Customer satisfaction

    Experience:-

    8-10 years of Sales experience of selling products (non-IT) in govt vertical
