• StoreManager Min 0203 years of experience in retail /FMCG(outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales). Must haveunderstanding of the role and business acumen handling/handledsales & operations in the current/previous role with a teamof min. 34 people. Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SMrole. Age should not be more than 30years.

1. Oversee dailystore operations including opening and closing procedures cashhandling and security protocols.
2. Develop andimplement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed storetargets.
3. Provide exceptional customer serviceand ensure that all customers have a positive shoppingexperience.
4. Recruit train and supervise storestaff including scheduling performance management and employeedevelopment.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensureaccurate stock counts.
6. Monitor and analyzesales performance and develop action plans to address anyissues.
7. Ensure compliance with company policiesand procedures as well as health and safetyregulations.
8. Maintain a clean and organizedstoreenvironment.
