    India Remote

    Work Hours:5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST

    Job Experience Requirements:
    Ability to effectively communicate and influence keystakeholders to support proposed strategies process improvementsand operational decisions.
    Ability to drive businessoutcomes with minimal oversights.
    Resourcefulness andcreative problemsolving skills.
    Experience testing andmapping various business processes and protocols.
    Familiarity with industry technology systems to gatherdata.
    Excellent communication and leadershipskills.

    It would be a plus if you alsopossess previous experience in:
    AWS CloudPractitioner


    Job Responsibilities:
    Identifyand communicate with key stakeholders.
    Gather review andanalyze documentation and data including KPIs and other key metricsto communicate opportunities for improvement.
    Liaisebetween various business departments and groups.
    Assessoptions for process improvement including business processmodeling.
    Maintain documentation regarding variousprojects processes and operations.
    Collaborate withproject managers and crossfunctional teams.
