- Plan, conduct, coordinate, implement a training program for new hires, existing staff of the Sales team
- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Reviewing and revising the training material to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems
- Determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new techniques
- Good understanding of training principles, metrics & delivery parameters
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, word & excel
- Must be from a sales background with a min. 2 years of experience of working for a sales process (domestic/international) & in training delivery/facilitation role (Product & Soft Skills).
- Must have excellent communication (verbal & written both) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all processes.
- Must be highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
