    Job Description :
    Demonstrate expertise in 3DExperience platform components: 3Dspace, Dashboard, Search, Cloud View, Swym, Notification, Comment, FCS, etc.

    • Address serverside issues promptly to ensure seamless platform operation.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Sandbox, Dev, QA, and Prod 22x servers (50+ servers total).
    • Handle load balancer (F5) issues and resolve UC4 ticket matters.
    • Manage license enrolment tasks and promptly rectify platform issues.
    • Monitor and take immediate action to resolve platform issues using relevant tools.
    • Independently handle P1 incidents and provide timely fixes for L1 and L2 issues.
    • Raise Service Requests (SRs) as needed for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
    • Bachelor's degree in B.E./BCA or related field.
    • 56 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
