- Address serverside issues promptly to ensure seamless platform operation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Sandbox, Dev, QA, and Prod 22x servers (50+ servers total).
- Handle load balancer (F5) issues and resolve UC4 ticket matters.
- Manage license enrolment tasks and promptly rectify platform issues.
- Monitor and take immediate action to resolve platform issues using relevant tools.
- Independently handle P1 incidents and provide timely fixes for L1 and L2 issues.
- Raise Service Requests (SRs) as needed for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Bachelor's degree in B.E./BCA or related field.
- 56 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
