We are seeking an experienced SeniorManager in Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing efforts anddrive sales growth through effective ATL and BTLactivities.Ideal candidate would have5 years of experience in FMCG with expertise in ATL/BTLActivities or considerable experience inMarketing.
Responsibilities:

• Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brandawareness and market penetration.
• Lead theplanning and implementation of ATL activities including advertisingcampaigns TV and radio commercials and other mass mediainitiatives.
• Manage BTL activities such aspromotions events sponsorships and pointofsale displays to enhancebrand visibility and engagement.
• Build andmaintain strong relationships with keystakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate theperformance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives adjustingstrategies as needed to achieve businessobjectives.
• Mentor and guide a team ofmarketing and sales professionals fostering a culture of innovationcollaboration andexcellence.
