    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    Location: Hyderabad

    Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing

    Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing

    Experience: 3 - 4 Years Minimum

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
    • Define the most important social media KPIs.

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Manage and oversee social media content.
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.

    Engagement:

    • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

    Analytics:

    • Provide constructive feedback.
    • Analyze data and reports to develop insights and optimize performance.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
    • Manage a team of content creators, graphic designers, and other marketing professionals.

    Brand Development:

    • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
    • Team player.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
    • Knowledge of content management systems.
