    Experience: 6-7 Years

    Configure, and maintain the Control-M environment across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX).

    Expertise in Administration and scheduling jobs in Control-M Enterprise Manager versions 9.0 and above.

    Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs, and scheduling issues.

    Planning and Designing of Workload automation solution for new/existing customer based on their requirements.

    Group supports Command center operation for all Control M Related tickets and fullfill the requests

    Control-M Server/Agent monitoring and troubleshooting issues as required.

    BMC Control M, MS SQL, Experience in using ITSM - ServiceNow (incident management, change management, problem management and release management processes)
