    Description

    JobDescription:We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. As the DigitalMarketing Lead your primary responsibility will be to lead thegrowth of our department by actively pursuing new clients andexpanding our client base. You will play a key role in drivingbusiness development initiatives pitching our digital marketingservices and securing new accounts.


    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute strategies to acquirenew clients and expand our customer base.2.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients andindustry trends.3. Create compelling pitchesand presentations to effectively communicate our digital marketingservices and value proposition.4. Build andmaintain strong relationships with prospective clientsunderstanding their needs and objectives.5.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketingsolutions that meet client requirements.6.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends tools andtechniques and incorporate them into ourofferings.7. Monitor industry developmentsand competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth anddifferentiation.8. Set ambitious salestargets and work towards achieving them consistently meeting orexceeding expectations.9. Provide regularreports and updates on sales activities performance and marketinsights to the management team.


    Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business ora related field.2. Proven track record indigital marketing and business development with at least 4 years ofexperience.3. Strong knowledge of digitalmarketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketingand content marketing.4. Demonstratedability to successfully pitch and win new clients driving businessgrowth.5. Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively articulateideas and concepts.6. Resultsdriven mindsetwith a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.7. Ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients understanding their needs and providingexceptional customer service.8. Analyticalmindset with the ability to analyze data identify insights and makedatadriven decisions.9. Familiarity with CRMsoftware and sales tools.10. Proactiveselfmotivated and able to work independently as well ascollaboratively within a team.
