    Job description (NLP Engineer)

    Job Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

    Experience: 5+ years

    Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 days

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to join our innovative team. As an NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and models to analyze and extract insights from unstructured text data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex linguistic challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms to solve business problems related to text analysis, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modeling, and more.
    • Design and implement scalable and efficient NLP pipelines for processing large volumes of unstructured text data.
    • Conduct research to explore new NLP techniques and methodologies, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
    • Develop and deploy AI and statistical algorithms to extract insights and drive actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists on advanced analytics techniques, coding best practices, and model interpretation.
    • Design rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model performance, validate results, and iterate on models to improve accuracy and reliability.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ Years of prior analytics and data science experience in driving projects involving AI and Advanced Analytics.
    • 3+ Years Experience in NLP, Deep Learning frameworks, LSTM, Transformers, Neural network.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Solid understanding of linguistics and text processing techniques, including tokenization, lemmatization, part-of-speech tagging, and named entity recognition.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate and experiment to optimize AI model behavior.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients/stakeholders.

    Education Background:

    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics or related field.
    • Tier I/II candidates preferred.

    Folks with shorter notice period to be preferred.
