    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team at Urban Living, a real estate development management and strategic consultancy services company. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimization and efficient usage throughout the organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM system and its customization and configuration capabilities
    • Experience in implementing and integrating Salesforce with other systems
    • Proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
    • Experience in the real estate industry or related field is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal performance and efficient usage throughout the organization
    • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate new features and enhancements
    • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the management team
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Salesforce users
    • Train employees on Salesforce best practices and functionality
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and effectively communicate changes to the team
    • Assist in data management, including data cleansing and data integrity checks
    • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems
    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency
