- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments, studio sessions, and consultations using studio management software.
- Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule photo sessions, ensuring availability of studio space and equipment.
- Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Maintain and update client database and studio records accurately.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence to promote studio services and engage with clients.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure seamless coordination of client sessions and studio operations.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining studio space, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Provide administrative support to photographers and studio management as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the studio.
