    Role & responsibilities:

    Job Description for OnBase Support:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hyland OnBase system.
    • Experience in Hyland OnBase architecture and solutioning.
    • Handson experience in development and support of OnBase Workflows, OnBase WorkView, Import processes and OnBase Configurations.
    • Hands of experience with Doc Comp, Unity forms/Eforms, Reporting dashboards etc.
    • Indepth knowledge Hyland OnBase systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
    • Experience in dealing with customers for Requirement gathering, Analysis, Debugging, Unit Testing and Coordinate UAT sessions.


    • Create proper documentation

    • Developer Checklist, Test Plans, Test Execution Results.
    • Production Support ticket analysis, resolutions, customer communication.

    Good to have:
    - .NET background


    • On

    Base Certification:
    OCSA, OCWA,Typescript
